Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a small family-owned manufacturing organization, seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional to join their team in Rockland, MA.

Accounts Receivable -
- Receive and process incoming checks
- Post cash transactions and perform billing on a weekly basis
- Send invoices, via email, to customers
- Manage straightforward and not high-volume transactions
- Perform a 3-way match for incoming invoices; coordinating for invoice approvals
- Conduct a weekly AP check run
- Print, sign and mail checks as needed
- Handle a volume ranging from 5 to 30 checks
- Manage filing and organizational duties
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Assist with reconciling accounts proficiency increases
- Make copies of documents as required
- Assist in preparing for audits
- 1 years of experience
- Epicor experience preferred but not expected
